Everything on this list is bulk — commons, uncommons, rares and holo rares. Full arts, secret rares, V / GX / ex and promos were left out on purpose. Those are probably worth more money on their own.
The guide prints at one inch per card. The placement map is the same thing as a spreadsheet.
